About

We’re building the operating system layer that runs beneath every product team’s codebase, design system, and content workflows.

“A world where shipping a product in 40 languages is as fast and reliable as shipping it in one.”

Localization today is a process bolted onto products after they’re built - slow, fragmented, and invisible until something breaks. StringsOS is building localization into normal product work: project setup, translation review, human-approved AI, QA checks, branches, and connected delivery.

Principles

Quality, not translation

A localized product should be as good as the original - never a degraded copy of it.

AI with consent

AI does the work; humans keep control. Nothing ships silently, and everything is traceable.

Built for every team

Designers, engineers, content, translation, and compliance all deserve a first-class surface.

Journey

  1. 2025

    The idea

Founded on a simple frustration: products ship daily, but localization still works in quarterly batches.

  2. 2026

    Category defined

StringsOS introduces the Localization Operating System - the successor to the TMS.

  3. 2026

    Beta opened

StringsOS opens its usable localization workflows for free while the next capabilities are built and validated.

  4. Next

    Ambient localization

Localization that’s invisible when it works and loud only when it needs human judgment.

Careers

We’re a small, senior team obsessed with product quality, AI you can trust, and software that works for everyone. If that’s you, we’d love to talk.
